Pilot House
Boston, MA - Replacement of existing chiller roof with a new fully adhered EPDM Carlisle Roofing System, with tapered insulation to mitigate major ponding water problem; performed in conjunction with chiller replacement. Penthouse roof and wall also received new rubber membrane application.

Ipswich, MA - Performing various roof repairs and improvements to the Cable Gardens Apartment Community: complete replacement of three roof sections with a fully adhered EPDM (rubber) Carlisle Roofing System; replacement of deteriorated single tab asphalt shingles with new Grace Ice & Water Shield and CertainTeed three tab shingles on applicable roof section; installation of Topcoat liquid applied coating on standing seam metal roof section; performing slate roof repairs; replacement of roof section in conjunction with HVAC replacement; stripping in existing EPDM roof section and installing new pipe boots; performing leak investigations; and creating new large drain sumps to improve roof drainage.

Bay Square Condominiums
Cambridge, MA - Replacement of existing ballasted EPDM balcony roof system with a new fully adhered PVC Energy Smart Sarnafil Roofing System; returned 100 98-pound patio pavers to original position with new felt and high density polyethylene protection layers to protect roof, and installed new zinc coated parapet cap.

University Green Condominiums
Cambridge, MA - Plaza Waterproofing (1998) - Installation of PVC Sarnafil Waterproofing System 3000 in the 23,000 square foot plaza.
Roof Replacement Phase I (2001): Installation of new PVC Sarnafil Decor Roofing System in patina green color to mimic former standing seam copper roof on front roof section.
Roof Replacement Phase II (2006): Completion of remaining 14,900 square foot roof replacement. Sarnafil Feltback Decor Roofing System with DensDeck Prime roof board installed on 11 sloped roof sections and the 12 barrel roof sections; flat roof sections utilized Sarnafil bareback EnergySmart white membrane. Worked in conjunction with sister company Knollmeyer Building Corporation.
Balcony Waterproofing Phase II (2006): Installation of Sarnafil Waterproofing System 1000 on six elevated patio sections totaling 2,400 square feet, which were each covered by 2 foot by 2 foot pavers. THIRD PLACE WINNER OF 2006 SARNAFIL WATERPROOFING PROJECT OF THE YEAR.
